My app doesn't show on the car display. What do I do?
Force-stop Android Auto on your phone: Settings → Apps → Android Auto → Force Stop. Reconnect the phone to the car. The app should appear in the Android Auto app list.
I didn't receive my license key.
Check your spam/junk folder first. The key is sent immediately after purchase. If it's still not there, write to us from the purchase email address.
My license says "activation limit reached".
Each license includes 5 activations. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data uses one. If you've run out, contact us and we'll help — or purchase an additional license.
Can I get a refund?
The app offers a 15-minute free trial on first launch, so you can verify it works in your car before buying.
Video stops when I lock my phone.
Normally, streams stay alive when the phone sleeps. If yours stops, reopen the app on your phone after unlocking.
IPTV channel won't load.
Some channels can be offline or geo-blocked. Try another from the list. Also confirm your internet connection is stable.
